I've started another class at Online Card Classes.

Clean and Simple 4

And I love it so far!

Here's a card I made using a simple embossing technique, using masking that Jennifer McGuire showed us in class.

I took a Hero Arts Background Stamp and stamped the sunburst in versamark.
I then die cut a circle out of masking sheets.
I first embossed the small circle with apricot and butter Zing powder, which I had mixed together.
I then removed the mask and embossed the rest of the sunburst with butter Zing embossing powder.

I cut the happy from a Studio Calico die in CTMH black cardstock.
I embossed it twice with clear embossing powder to give it some shine and dimension.
I stamped the birthday sentiment under it from a retired CTMH stamp.
Finally I attached it to my card base, cut from CTMH Sunset cardstock and added the gold sequins.
