My Take on a Card found in Seasonal Expressions Vol. 1 and a Challenge

I was making a card for an upcoming birthday and decided to copy a card that was in the CTMH Seasonal Expressions, Vol. 1.

I found the card on page 15.

I love the card that is on this page, but I wanted to make it more masculine.

And I found this great color challenge over at MFT's challenge blog.

I decided to use similar colors for my birthday cake for my card.

Here's what  I came up with.

I added the sentiment to the inside and then another to the envelope.
