Guest Designer for Color Dare: Blush, Hollyhock and Olive

Remember when I submitted this project to the Color My Heart Color Dare #10: Ruby?

Well, I was very excited and honored to be picked as the winner of that challenge!
And Sarah asked me to be a guest designer for Color Dare #12: Blush, Hollyhock and Olive.
So this is the card that I created based on Mojo Monday sketch 253 from last week.

Supplies used (all Close to My Heart):
Art Philosophy Cricut Cartridge
Love Blooms stamp set
Card Chatter-Birthday stamp set
Chocolate/Blush/Hollyhock/Olive/Colonial White CS
Chocolate Pigment Ink
Black Staz On
Blush/Olive Markers
Dark Chocolate Striped Ribbon
Mocha Opaques
3d Foam Tape

I am truly enjoying playing with our new alcohol markers.  They are so easy to color with and I am starting to learn the best techniques for shading.

Thank you again to Sarah, Ruth and Franny at Color My Heart!  Both for the honor of being picked for a winning project and for providing everyone with such fantastic challenges.
If you are looking to be inspired and love Close to My Heart, I truly suggest that you check it out!

Thanks for looking and have a crafty day!
~Amy

  1. Thank you so much for being the guest designer, Amy! I love your card, especially the roses and the ribbon! I'm sorry I was so tired putting the post together last night I forgot to check my email! I didn't mean to worry you. Thanks again.
