Art & Soul: Puddle Pads

Here's the Puddle Pads technique...to see the whole webisode, go to my website and then click on the CTMH TV tab on the left hand side.  Then pick the episode: Live Your Dreams.

Art and Soul: Crisscrossed Kits

We are now able to share some of the Art & Soul videos embedded on our blogs...to see the whole episodes (which I highly recommend), check it out on my website (Episode:Fall Surprises).  I thought this one might be handy since you have lots of different paper packs if you are in open club.

(A little bit of the side of the video got cut off...sorry, it's as small as I can make it...again, the whole webisodes are available on my website.)

Enjoy!

Splash Zone: Cherish Elegant Context and Not a Pool Layout

Told you I would come up with something that didn't involve a pool.
This will be the challenge for next week.
Cherish: Elegant Context
I was able to use this paper from Splash Zone to scrapbook my son's 4th grade wax museum pictures from last year.  What a neat experience this was for the kids.
They researched an individual, made a poster all about that individual
and then made themselves into wax figures of their chosen person.
He was Napoleon Lajoie, a Clevland major league baseball player.
Thanks for looking!

Bonus Challenge

Yes, this is my 3rd post for today.  Here's a bonus challenge for this week:
Cherish  Treasure Tags
Again, it can be traditional scrapping or Studio J.

Here's my Studio J layout using Splash Zone (once again):

Another pool layout done!  This one for my son's Cub Scout scrapbook.
My final goal for today is to use Splash Zone for a non-pool layout.
We'll see if I can manage that.

A Challenge for this Week

We have a consultant that gives us weekly challenges.  I am going to start trying to do them and pass them on to you.  This week's was Harmony from Cherish.  I actually copied the other consultant's idea of doing this one is Studio J.  I used Splash Zone (a paper pack exclusive to Studio J...I absolutely love this paper pack!).  Here's a old layout that helps me get a little more caught up!  This is from the summer of 2007.

And here it is with a twist of the right page...

I know which way I like it...what do you think?
Can you spot the tiny other difference between the two?
Spot it and e-mail me and be entered to win a prize =)

Let me know if you like the idea of weekly challenges.
I like them because it helps me keep up on my scrapbooking.  Sometimes without a goal, I don't take the time to scrapbook and then wish I had.

Cherry-O Workshop

My layout still needs pictures and a title

Close-up on some details

I hope that you will join me for our Open Club this month.
We will be meeting at my home at 6:15 on Monday, May 24.
Our techniques will include 2nd generation stamping and rock and roll stamping.
See you there!

Studio J Cherry-O Layout and a coupon with purchase

I hope everyone is having a good weekend.  I whipped this layout up in Studio J this morning.
From start to finish was 20 minutes (and some of that was picking the photos, kit and design)
(please remember that I cannot post these with really high resolutions, so my actual layout is much clearer)

This was created with the new Cherry-O paper found in the summer Idea Book.  I wanted to use this paper since our class on Monday is with Cherry-O.  I will be posting our class layout a little later today.

Here's the coupon with purchase:
Create and Purchase 5 Studio J layouts on my website and get 10% off Cherish or Imagine on your next order with me.
Create and Purchase 10 Studio J layouts on my website and get 20% off Cherish or Imagine on your next order with me.

This offer will be good through the end of June.

Enjoy creating!
